Publishing Loses a True Gentleman

Stephen Bly, a highly respected author of over 100 book and a popular speaker, passed from this world to eternity on June 9, 2011. I first met Steve at the Florida Christian Writer's conference, almost 30 years ago. One evening several of us from the conference went to watch a shuttle launch. Steve and I sat together and he made up a story. He'd tell a line, then I'd tell a line, and on it went, with much laughter and fun. The shuttle didn't launch that night, but our friendship did. He and his wife Janet are two of the good guys, and publishing is poorer for his loss. Keep Janet and their family in your prayers. You can read more about them here.
